Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: May 16, 2026

Thank you for choosing our professional web designing services at Sajuni (https://sajuni.in/). Please read this policy carefully before commissioning any project or making any payment, as it outlines your rights and obligations regarding payments, project cancellations, and refunds.

1. Nature of Services (Digital Products)

We provide completely customized web design, UI/UX asset development, and digital website solutions tailored specifically to individual business requirements. Because our services constitute customized professional labor and non-tangible digital goods, once the process or resource allocation has commenced, they cannot be returned, restocked, or resold.

Strict No-Refund Policy: Due to the digital and highly personalized nature of custom website design services, all payments made to us are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

2. Payment Milestone Terms

To ensure professionalism, structured delivery, and commitment from both sides, all service contracts operate under strict milestone regulations:

  • Advance Commitment Fee: A mandatory upfront payment of 50% of the total project value is required to queue, plan, and initiate any design work. This mobilization deposit is non-refundable.
  • Final Balance Settlement: The remaining 50% balance must be settled immediately upon completion of the design layout, preview stage, and prior to the live deployment or transfer of final codebase assets.

3. Cancellation Guidelines

Clients are free to request a halt or absolute cancellation of a project at any stage of development by providing a formal notice via email. However, the following cancellation clauses apply strictly:

  • If a project is cancelled or placed on indefinite hold by the client, the initial 50% booking/advance fee remains forfeited and will not be refunded.
  • If work completed at the time of the client's cancellation request exceeds the initial 50% advance valuation, the client will be billed proportionally for the additional hours and design work invested up to the cancellation notice date.
  • Upon cancellation, all design layouts, source code drafts, prototypes, graphics, and conceptual ideas generated during the project remain the absolute intellectual property of Sajuni, and the client retains no authorization to utilize them.

4. Post-Delivery Project Support

While we explicitly do not offer partial or full refunds, we maintain extreme professional standards to ensure client satisfaction. We promise maximum supportive provisions within the pre-defined project scope:

  • Dedicated review and revision cycles during the drafting phase to fine-tune layout and functional details based on client input.
  • Post-launch technical adjustments and assistance to fix layout alignments or deployment dependencies as agreed in the initial contract scope.

5. Contact & Dispute Resolution

Before executing any payment transaction or raising a payment dispute via our gateway, we strongly recommend reaching out to clear any operational doubts. For any urgent clarifications regarding this Refund & Cancellation framework, you can directly connect with us via the information on our official Contact Us page or email us at our designated billing support channel.
